Due to covid, couldn't return to store timely (within 15 days of purchase). Tried dealing with Manufacture and I got the run around for over 1 year. They kept telling me they would send me a replacement but that never happened. I finally gave up calling. Less than 24 months of purchase, the TV screen went black, blacked out and unable to troubleshoot. Dealing with store to see if it can be repaired or replaced

When the scene is light, the picture is good, but when it's dark, you miss a lot of detail. Also, the buttons on the remote are very small and close together. Features on the tv are good and installation was easy.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. I am very sorry you are viewing scenes that appear too dark. Samsung is aware of the problem, and a new firmware update will be released soon to address this issue.
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.

The tv lags on almost everything I watch which is mostly streaming.

Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. I am sorry that you are experiencing some image issues. You may want to disable Auto Motion Plus, a motion smoothing feature that eliminates blurring that occurs from fast moving images. It is ideal for sporting events or parades, but not for movies. You can find it in your TV Settings: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings
