Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 4K Smart TV and for your review. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

Called Samsung and they told me there is nothing they can do because the TV only has a 12 month warranty.

Low Quality and Connectivity issues

Sound level jumps

So beyond disappointing and frustrating because everytime I rewind and press play, the volume level jumps, sometimes it’s automatically louder and sometimes vice versa.

The inconsistent sound issue is possibly caused by the source.
Try auto volume by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume, and turn it on.

TV only lasted a year and half.
