Fantastic Sounbar, Easy setup.

The difference when you use a soundbar is just amazing versus not having one. It fits perfectly under my 65 inch curved Samsung television. The HDMI ARC connection worked perfectly the first time I connected it - no problems. No compatibility problem with my cable DTB. My previous sound system was a Bose - and there were continuing frequent issues with connection to my devices - Sony, Samsung, Xfinity - I was constantly resetting. There was a bit of learning curve to connect the soundbar to my network - but once that was done it downloaded updates right away without any problems. Have had the Samsung soundbar for about a month - very happy with setup and sound quality.

Terrible quality and tech service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought their top of the line soundbar, and unit was defective out of the box. The retailer told me to contact warranty vice return, which I did. What a bad choice! Every subsequent call to speak with them is like a social experiment design to wear human beings out so they will give up. Because my unit retails for more than a thousand, giving up wasn’t an easy option. After numerous trouble shooting sessions they agreed to allow me to send it to a repair center, but subsequently failed to send me the shipping label despite numerous call backs (I could of course solve that problem by paying the $60 shipping myself). I re-opened the ticket and finally got a shipping label and sent it in. The warranty department received it in the morning and shipped it back that afternoon saying they couldn’t detect the problem. The unit returned to me, now after being tossed around the repair shop, with the same exact problems I started with (and who knows what else). After several more calls (taking hours) to get escalated to their resolutions department, they refuse to do anything except start the repair process over again. They refuse to replace the unit, or any other reasonable course of action. Do not buy a Samsung product you are not willing to throw it away if it has an issue.
