The experience wasn’t great and it could’ve been better. Most importantly, the sale person (young light skinned kid) in the TV area made it right. He was knowledgeable, fair, and willing to listen. During the pick up a lady who was working the register help tremendously and was kind. In addition to the TV sales person and the other guy who help us load the TV. But the guy in the yellow shirt was not welcoming nor was one of the managers due to their demeanor and dialogue with me. The communication was poor for such vital positions in the store. Hence is one key reason I cannot rate this experience great, which is saddening.

So far we love this TV. Clear picture and no problems at all with it. I just got to buy a few remote controls because I keep loosing mine

I got this as a house warming gift and it is absolutely amazing. The picture looks amazing and I always get compliments on it from my guest.

TV works great. My only issue is that it won’t stay logged in to the internet. Don’t know if that’s a router issue or TV. All in all, I’m very pleased with the quality of the TV.

Bought this TV on November 9th and that was the only good day with this TV. Great size and great picture - this is where it ends. The next day, the TV wont turn on. Power cycle it from the rear and it turns on - except this is the only way to now turn on the TV. I contact Samsung and they get someone out the following week and replace a system board. To date I have had Samsung at my house 3 times. The TV still does not turn on from remote or physical power button on the TV. To make matter worse there are now horizontal lines on the bottom of the TV and image ghosting. I have contacted Best Buy to return and they will not allow it as it is outside of the return window and I do not have the original packaging. So now I am stuck taking time off from work to wait for Samsung(great service) to replace another board this coming week and determine what is going on. Best Buy Customer Service is a complete joke. I have called multiple times and they are no good. Why spend money on the extended warranty if they wont do anything. Horrible service Best Buy, you should be ashamed. I have a TV that is less than 30 days old that is defective and they wont do anything about it.

Good tv! Amazing quality! Feels really cool when I’m playing video games, watching movies or even screen mirroring!

This is a great TV and you can’t beat the 75” size. Easy set up. The picture is very good but not quite as crisp as my other Samsung which is a higher model.

Hands down the biggest baddest TV on the block, cant wait for football season. Sound, picture quality are equivalent to the models that cost 5 times more.

Love this purchase. I own all Sony Tvs but after seeing this I decided to save $700 and try it. So glad I did. I will be buying another one of these.

I really like my 75” Samsung 4k tv, it fills the space better than the 65” that I had, just recently calibrated it, and the picture is excellent!

This works great as an additional office monitor so our team members can gather and collaborate without having to huddle around someones computer.
