It was easy ordering it online and setting up the delivery and setup. The gentleman who delivered it and set it up was courteous and polite and knowledgeable. He showed us how to operate it and connected our ROKU. He took the empty box and other trash with him which was very much appreciated. We enjoy the tv. The only issue is it doesn’t sync with the sound bar.
