SLOW. Don't buy.

The remote reacts like a second after pushing the button, it desconects from the internet out of nowhere almost every time I'm using it. The image is good, I like the quality of the screen. If I could return it I would.

This TV has worked great so far and we are very happy to have it because the resolution is clear the sand works good and the manding done by Geek Squad was very quick and efficient

You are able to browse around and left alone to compare prices, sizes etc. Once decision made, help is available quickly. Process was amazing.

I ESPECIALLY WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT INSTALLED MY NEW TV. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WASTED NO TIME REMOVING MY OLD TV AND MOUNTING MY NEW ONE. YOU ALL GET AN A+++++++

The customer service person was great in answering all of the guestions we had about the tv and setting it up. I have told every one I know looking for a new tv to go to Best Buy.

For the price on Black Friday, when better. Great for movie night and for video games. Yeah, it's a bit grainy, but it's not the OLED screen so I can't expect that much. I recommend it if you don't want to pay double for better.

Samsung TV

The only issue I've had is when I hooked it up to my PS4 the TV would black out intermittently but when I upgraded my USB cables the issue went away.

Excellent TV for decent price

Video quality is good, supports latest apps like Disney Plus. Had the TV for over a month now and no problems so far. Best Buy free delivery to my house is another plus.

The TVs panel is good for that low of a price. The menu interface is a little rough... could be easier to use or at least a better remote to make it more usable. Other than that the TV is great.
