Was a little upset that the first TV I bought didn't work like I wanted it to, but then I returned it and came across this one..... NICE!!!!

Everything was professionally done, also gave me some pointer on how to move the tv if I wanted to take it down. Also on how to save money.

Excellent tv for the price point. Got a good deal on this model due the the original tv I ordered on black Friday 2019 kept being delayed. (Never made it in time for Xmas.) Bestbuy.com, bestbuy store and best buy delivery are 3 separate entities and the 3 units (nor their inventory and scheduling systems) communicate with each other. The local store manager took it upon herself to make things right after she saw the severe "run around" i got trying to get the tv i had originally ordered.

My friend bought the new house and I gifted the my friend this tv and him family loved the tv.

Out of the box the SmartTV has all current streaming apps pre-installed; optionally these apps can be configured to be displayed or hidden.

Had to let the tv worm up before it got bright. The blacks aren't the darkest but for the price it works good. Threw the LEDs on the back of it and call it a movie night.

This TV turns heads. We mounted it and have no issues with clarity or anything . Everyone loves the tv and ask where we got it from

It was easy once shown how to use the product. I really liked those that came to set up the TV. Fast and knew what they were doing.

The tv is larger that I thought it would be the picture is good the sound sucks I bought a sound bar for it the sound still sucks,

Bought this out of box and I would give it 5 stars but they didn't have a remote with the TV. So there is really no knock on the TV it's on BB.

Haven’t had the TV but a year. Two adults only living in this house in their 40’s. Tv remote that is hardly used. Stopped working for no reason. Tried new batteries. Now sense the Tv wasn’t working. Used the power button on the tv and well that broke off. How when I barely touched it. Being female and not the hulk I’m pretty sure my strength was on point as not a lot of force being used.

Best purchase to date. Bought this for my den and it's a perfect fit.

TV have problem to achieve WIFI signal in house. Bought a Signal Booster to help the TV receive house WIFI connection.

Great tv is nice looks great my only concern was samsung technical support and me we couldn’t connect the smartthings app even tho said is compatible

I have had this tv for almost 2 years now. love the tv, great bang for buck, however i wish Samsung would get their samsung smart features figured out...

For the price, this is a decent large-screen television. However, if you ever need to use any of the smart features, I'd steer clear. The apps constantly crash, or won't ever load. It's made for many frustrating experiences. For example, Hulu, Netflix, and Vudu fail to work more often than not. Internet speeds are fine - it's just that the TV and the apps constantly crash. If I could go back, I'd select another option, even if it was smaller or more expensive.

Feels like your at the movies with the clarity and 4K technology! Price was right also-150 bucks less than the big box store!
