I’m VERY VERY UPSET with the way we are being treated by 3 different Best Buy’s when trying to simply exchange a defective TV that has just been purchased, NO I DONT WANT A SAMSUNG REPAIRMAN working on something I just bought, I want a replacement!!! I don’t want to set on hold for 1 1/2 hours to direct me to a teenager that can’t answer my question, then a manager that tells me these were “ Black Friday Deals”... I just want to know why I can’t exchange a broken TV, that we haven’t used at all... for a new one.. please?!?!? Someone help my 15 days are running out!
