Huge TV for a great price but OK quality

The shipping was not free but it’s acceptable for the great deal. However, over the past three weeks that we have been using it, we are noticing that the quality of the picture is not great but kinda of ok. Also, the TV freezes occasionally and the only way to recover is to reboot it.
