The quality for the price is great for the screen display. Unfortunately the apps sometimes hangs the screen and one has to power off the whole system to start viewing again. Will try and see if it’s going to be an often occurrence or once every few weeks. Time will tell

Love this tv, the “smart” part is a bit slower than my old tv though and the sound settings have to be reset often. Not sure what causes it to do that. But overall good tv for the price.

This tv isn’t bad. I do wish I would have spent a few more dollars to get a better tv.

I know that I received a great deal on this TV but it is not at all what I expected.
It is slow to load apps and execute them.
The remote is not used friendly like the newer ones like on my 65 inch Samsung curve TV.
If I had it to do all over, I would definitely make another choice. (Samsung of course) but just not this particular model.
I hop this review helps some of you make an educated and informed decision before committing to your next TV purchase.

Bad with action movies and Football games where the screen blaire and shader. Also when I bought the first one, online channels and apps kept buffering and loading, I returned it, got another one, same problem. Then it starts to show 2 big line in the screen which don’t go a way until I turn off the TV and turn it back on. I called Samsung and told me to put the TV on the floor for their technician to look at it, i was very careful when I moved it but then when I turned on, the screen was broken from inside. Very sensitive and bad quality. DON’T WAST YOUR MONEY and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

I bought this tv as an open box items and knew that it was not the best model but gave it a shot. It is an excellent entry level tv with extra bright colors but it did not do well in the dark scenes. The TV was somewhat sluggish.

I bought this tv almost a month ago now, I think I should of gone with an LG, it’s a good tv for 4K but the pixilation needs work, and it happens whenever it feels like it. Sometimes just freezes the show or movie.

The tv is of good quality but very upset that there is no blue tooth capability. We should have read the reviews for this tv. Would have purchased a different tv that was blue tooth capable.

Has a serious issue with freezing up. Good TV otherwise but the freezing up is really inconvenient! I’ve waiting for 15 years to get a new TV and this brings the joy of a new TV down a few pegs!

Finnicky television. When I change input from one console to the next, the tv sometimes freezes or loses sound. I have to turn the tv off and back on to fix it. Buggy.

When the show ur watching is fast moving like football or basketball the picture gets kind of bad. Tech guy said it’s processor isn’t big enough to handle the fast pace action

This entry level TV is just that. I personally had issues with major jutter that even Samsung Tech was unable to fix and had to return to the store.
