    The price on this TV is appealing, there is a reason, because it sucks! I had the TV 3 weeks and it would flash black, then come back on. It did it with the cable box, Roku stick and DVD player. Not only is the TV poor quality, I have never been so frustrated with Best Buy. I had owned the TV for 19 days, and they said, you didn't get the warranty on the TV so you are stuck with having to go through the manufacture. I can see if it was 30 days or more, Best Buy return policy is crazy! I would go anywhere else to buy a TV from now on. I have always been a big supporter of Best Buy, not anymore. Don't waste your money!!!!

    I am disappointed with this product as it is glitchy and gets frozen on the Samsung tv screen at least 2-3 times a day. Apps like Hulu and Netflix don’t seem to play well on the tv as they often disconnect and the tv says it can’t load the content right now. The picture quality is also not as great as you would expect for the price. We also notice that the tv randomly turns to a country music video channel for no reason while we are watching tv. I wish I would have selected a different brand of tv.

    This TV developed a problem almost 2 years from the date I purchased it. A thick grey bar running vertically up and down the screen with a thinner black line running in the same direction inside of it. For this to happen almost exactly 2 years after purchase is really poor in my opinion.

    I love Samsung TVs but this is the worst one I have out of 5. The picture is not good especially watching sports. The refresh rate is supposed to be the same as my 65 in curved but the picture is nowhere near as good.

    The T.V. was super easy to setup and connect to my amazon prime account but the picture was just o.k. Returned it for an LG.

    Purchased this TV a little over a year ago. A few months ago I noticed it would take multiple clicks on the power button to turn it on. I figured the remote was flakey. Then I Googled the problem and found Samsung TV's have a long history of this problem and that Samsung doesn't repair it if it's out of warranty. According to the reports I found, eventually it just quits turning on at all. I found reviews for this issue as early as 2010 - Why don't you fix it? No more Samsung for me!

    Was pretty happy with product for almost a week and then problems began to appear. TV would get a weird horizontal line across it at times and say couldnt connect to internet even though my samsung Q7 was streaming netflix at the same time. It has been a more recent occurence at this time. Contacted best buy and they said they would replace it at no cost but I decided to just take an additional charge and upgrade the tv to an 8 series. Hoping the 8 series wont have the same issues, but we will see. Anyway it's a gamble when you buy this tv that's all I'm saying. Was skeptical when reading the bad reviews but it could have gone either way so I did it. I'd say save your time and money and just go for the better quality product. Best buy was very helpful with my issue and resolved everything within an hour or two. New tv we arrive tommorow and we shall see how it goes.

    LG is much much better choice. Samsung has worse internet TV, worse connection, worse function. Hard to use.

    This TV only has two HDMI connections. This makes difficult to attach all your needed equipment.

    Tv is great but within 6 weeks it decided to stop working on an intermittent basis. Best Buy’s refuses til take a return on it even though I’m an elite member who spent over $30,000 with them this past year... disappointed.

    Always freezing, always disconnecting from the internet, I haven’t even had it a full year. Sometimes the picture just goes out and does this weird looking white noise thing. And the apps always force close. Super annoying. Wish I wouldn’t have been so cheap

    I had the worst experience with this television from the moment I bought it. Unfortunately I got it the day before stores shut down due to Covid back in March so brining it back to the store was not an option. The tv constantly wouldn’t power on. I would have to unplug it to reset it and then it would power on. Samsung came to the house 5 times to repair the board which the tech mentioned was a common problem in this model. Finally after the 6th appointment they approved me for a new television. Happy to say I did not have to repurchase this model. On top of the power on problems it wonky had two HDMI ports, one USB port and I could not connect my Samsung soundbar by Bluetooth bc there isn’t Bluetooth either. The sound constantly cut out with the optical cord.
