    I got a defeat after 10 days. Samsung will not be anymore in my house.

    It all started the day after I bought it. Hit the power button and nothing happens just a black screen, I had to unplug the Tv and plug it back in then operation was okay all day long. This happened every day at startup. Service came out and replaced a few items but the problem was still there much better but twice a month still no start. They came out and replaced almost everything in May and since then it has happened three times. Finally after five visits they offered to replace the unit or give me a credit... Looks like this time I will do a little research before I buy the next one. End result is the picture quality is not up to 4k standards back lighting is terrible I don't recommend this tv its entry level an it shows.

    I bought this tv a year and one month ago and she broke right when watching tv heard a load pop and that was it won’t turn on or anything

    The tv has white spots around the top from the backlight and is visible during the night when watching a movie in the dark. TV also makes a crackle noise when is being used, overall is OK for the price

    Big black spot on screen Samsung will not repair

    Picked up this TV from BestBuy and less than 3 months later a big black spot appeared on the screen. Called Samsung and they sent out a Dish Network technician to inspect the TV, they did not find any external damage to it and suggested a warranty repair. Samsung denied the repair and they're saying it is due to debris damage inside the TV even though there's no visible damage and the technician didn't inspect the inside of the TV for debris. Don't buy this TV the screen isn't reliable and Samsung won't repair it if it breaks like mine did.

    Bought this tv on Black Friday, couldn't watch it. Slow start up and navigation through the menu; bulky remote with too many buttons; constantly trying to setup Ethernet connection when wifi already set up. When initially sent up and tried to watch live basketball game, image had unbelievably bad image trailing on all moving images in screen however, when tried a few days later, issue was gone. big screen but low quality internal components.

    Blacks were actually grey, spotting on screen, horrible refresh rate, you can actually see lines through words before it’s filled in...

    I've never had a tv that ever had any issues except when I bought this one. For some reason that I havent figured out is the sound will just stop. You see the picture but no sound. I turn off tv and wait 5mins then turn it back on and normally sound is back. Sometimes I have to turn off about 3 to 4 times before the sound is back. So it's a pain. It started doing this about a month after use. It's my newest tv in house and the only one I've ever had issues with. Luckily this doesn't happen but once or twice a month but it puzzles me why. Not sure if I got a bad one.

    I went to Best Buy today, to return antenna that I purchased 2/20. I paid 54 for it. This was supposed to give more signal, but I have the same channels as a cheaper antenna my mom has. I went today to return it and get the 19.99 one. Curbside told me I couldn’t because the date. And he couldn’t do nothing else for me. I tried many different places for this antenna but no luck. I have Also been sick and unable to go out. So given this virus situation and precautions I think he could have helped me better. I will be reaching out to head quarters about my situation and how quickly he dismissed me.

    It was a great TV for our purposes. It was for the exercise room. Unfortunately, at 6 months of age 1/4 of the screen went dark. Trying to see if it is covered by warrantee.

    This was a great TV for the price and it last about 2 years before it went out. The price for repair was greater than the price of a new one, and I haven't replaced it yet as I also have an 85" TV. Not sure why it malfunctioned, but I certainly made sure to buy the extended warranty on my newer TV.

    I have never been able to adjust the audio, voices get very low when there is background noise on any show or sport.

    Because we were family with the brand, we didn't research first. There is a known issue for years that requires you to unplug and then plug back in to get tv to reconnect to WiFi. Every. Single. Time. I finally found an easier work around and plugged it into a plug with a remote, so I can turn the plug off instead of unplugging. Ridiculous issue for this price.

    It’s a great price but you get what you pay for. We have to constantly restart the TV. It freezes several times or has issues connecting online.
