    I have two of the 900 series Sony TVs. Both are about a year old. They continue to give issues with sound not matching the video (nor synchronized) Netflix not wanting to work etc. These were over $2500 each! This is not acceptable SONY. I have 2 other cheap tvs which are on the same network and I have no problems with them. Called geek squad and did a deep reboot but it works for a day or so the the problems reoccur &@*#%*

    It lasted 18 months before one side went black. Good thing I got the 5 year Geek Squad warranty :-)

    Worse tv we have ever purchased. After about 10 days of use it started glitching out and shutting on and off. Eventually the tv just quit turning on, within 30 days or purchase. Due to where we live ( remote alaska) wr could not return it without spending a bunch on shipping...soo we were unable tonget a replacment tv.

    ITS NOT THAT COMPATIBLE TO FIRESTICKS BUT IT COMES WITH PRETTY GOOD APPS. The picture could be better too!

    Do not buy the TV. It lasted exactly 2 years and now we have the black screen of death. We contacted Samsung and all they told us was that it was out of warranty. Something this expensive and technical should be better quality and last more than two years. We are very disappointed and will not be purchasing Samsung products in the future.

    This is my first samsung and my last for a long time. The sound cuts off and you must turn it off for around 10 minutes to get the sound back . The the picture quality is not very sharp .I got a refund and I am replacing it with a LG un7370 i hope its better .

    nothing satisfied I bought this Samsung television which is in my living room and I do not use and I can see half of the black television and they did not give any solution I lost my money on a 75-inch Samsung television

    Pretty sad when you pay $850 for a tv and it doesn't even last a year and a half. The center of the screen has went out. Very disappointed in Samsung products lately.

    Don’t be attracted by the size of this tv. Surprisingly from Samsung the picture is terrible and you can tell it’s very poorly made as soon as set up. This tv will not impress you or anyone else.

    Bought this new in Nov 2019, it’s August 2020 not even a year and the speakers are busted and crackling and I’m not one who has the volume up at all! Highly don’t recommend

    TV lasted 1 year and 2 weeks. Out of warranty 2 weeks and got the Samsung black screen of death on 1/3 of screen. Absolutely a never buy!!!!!
