Last night I setup the Samsung TV, it's the perfect size over the cabinet I use for my AV equipment. It will have to eventually be hung as the legs on it are too close for comfort to the edges of the cabinet for me (a design I think made for planned obsolescence, the older flat screens had a nice heavy, chunky base in the middle, most of the new ones have skimpy legs on the sides so they're more likely to fall over and have to be replaced). The picture is amazing! The sound... meh... it just lacks depth, the new Amazon Echo Dot has better sound. I think they expect people to buy speakers for TVs now so they just put mediocre ones on them. I'm guessing it's also part of what makes flat screens cheaper in recent years, if they had to put good speakers on them they'd probably be at least $50-$100 more.

Want to start with that I have bought a Samsung tv in the past and had such a good experience with my past tv that I decided to stick with Samsung. Bought it in 2008 and still works perfectly. Honestly just looking to upgrade with new features and get a updated picture quality.
Brought the 75 inch Samsung NU6900 on 7/4/2019 and had it returned on 7/13/2019. Out of the box the tv worked fine but slowly saw problems and then they escalated to major functional problems. From not being able to hook up the smart tv feature through WiFi or LAN line, tv not turning on or off, not being able to control the volume, remote control quit working 5 days in, not being able to control the tv through hard button controls on the tv and lastly not able to restart the tv to try to troubleshoot issues. If these problems are showing up to 4 days after purchase, I didn’t want to see what it would be like after a month. I returned the Samsung tv for a LG uk6190 75 inch. I am not sure if I just purchased a lemon that should’ve never made it off the factory line or if the quality that Samsung is producing in their TVs has extremely dropped since my last purchase.
With all that being said, the people that work at my local Best Buy did an awesome job in making this right and were very understanding. They helped me find and select the replacement tv and were very helpful in setting up a delivery date of the new tv and taking the Samsung back. The low rating is for the product itself and doesn’t reflect Best Buy or their employees in anyway.

This tv can only get 2.4G WIFI and the bottom of the tv had way too much light showing on the edges. I played with setting and still didn't seem to help. Items appears to blur in the same spots of the edges. Returned it.

I bought my 65 inch OLED Samsung a year ago (2018) in this bestbuy at davie. Within the year, ALL OF THE HDMI does not work. Supposedly Best Buy have faulty Samsung with BAD MOTHERBOARDS. Geek Squad did not help within the warranty. There jobs are useless. My LG is 2 years old and it’s way better than the Samsung. At least the hdmi motherboard works

This tv broke in less than 3 years. I was told it needs a new “ Mother Board”. It’s no longer under warranty. It cost way to much to repair. So I had to buy a new tv. It’s never been damaged there is no reason why this expensive tv should have to be replaced in 2.5 years! It’s a Samsung I brought it specifically because I thought it would last! I usually buy cheap brands like Insignia or Vizio. Those brands never gave me any problems. I can’t believe this expensive Samsung 2.5 year old tv is no longer working!! I was told I’m basically out of luck.

I bought this tv 3 months and very disappointed in Samsung. Does not show sports channels well, The motion has shadows, the burn marks around the screen even when turning down backlight and brightness. I have tried different setting for color and brightness.m etc. Still no quality. For a 4K tv thought Samsung would produce quality like their 55inch I have. I have to question Samsung and Best Buy for putting out a product that is not worthy of their name.
If you are looking for just a tv to watch movies then it’s acceptable
All in all I will not recommend this tv.

Must be a samsung problem but everytime the tv is turned off the wifi connection doesn't work once its turned on so I have to unplug and plug the tv cord back into it to get the wifi to connect back again.

Do not buy. Screen went black after less than 2 years of owning it. It's going to cost half the value of the TV for me to repair it. Samsung warranty conveniently only lasts 1 year. Not happy.
