Due to covid we had to wait about an hour just to tell the only employee working in the tv department we wanted the tv and have done our own research. We asked the “checkout” employee if we could just go through him and he told us no. Also, the “Bluetooth” can be deceiving on the TV. It really does not connect to blue tooth devices, but rather to devices connected to the same wifi. Tv works great, display is great for the basement.

I’m not impressed with Samsung’s platform. They are slow to load and freeze up. We directly connected the TV to the internet and it still freezes up. I was hoping to get rid of our cable box. My Roku stick works way better then then the Samsung platform smart tv apps Picture quality and sound is great. My husband wants to keep it.
