it was a christmas present... i bought my brother a fire tv but he wanted a samsung tv. because all his household have samsung products. hopefully he paid the difference. base on what i think again becuase it was a gift

Missing parts and did not come with remote been using Samsung smart things to control tv has become a hassle but oh well next time will check open box purchases

Clear, bright colors. Great price at Best Buy. Went from 55" TV on a stand to mounted 75" TV. Had Geek Squad do installation. They also mounted my 55" TV in bedroom. Will only use Geek Squad in future. Did an excellent job!

This is a pretty good tv, I have had only one issue with it, which is sometimes video will not play and it doesn't say why, have check internet and wifi and all other devices will work just fine.

The colors are great on this tv. It's so nice the when you already set up with apple tv you don't have to use the tv remote to open apple. Just click menu on apple remote turns tv on and goes into apple.

This was a Christmas present for my wife. She seems satisfied but haven't had long enough to give five stars. It seems a little to complicated to enjoy all the benefits of the TV and sound bar.

Had to wait a little bit to be helped but it was quick and easy. We told him what we wanted and be showed as the set that met our parameters. Fast $1600 we ever spent. Satisfied so far with what we purchased.

This tv looks amazing! Got it after Christmas on sale for $650. Couldn’t pass it up. I don’t have cable so having a smart tv is important to me. Has every app that I need to watch anything I want.

This tv color is great if the internet connection works. My smaller smart TV in my room works great (tosiba) I regretted to get Samsung smart tv. I thought I had it over a year but it’s barely 1 year (I purchased 1/16/2021) & it’s causing trouble for last few monthS. I hope it’s still under warranty :(

The Samsung TV is great! Looks and sounds great. Delivery guys were great as well. So glad my husband nd I purchased it, especially from Best Buy. It's a great store for electronics.

Samsung is always my choice when it comes to purchasing TV’s. It has the Samsung TV channel if you don’t have cable or app TV. It’s user friendly and I highly recommend this TV.

Service and delivery was amazing. Happy with it so far i need a surround sound system but the Samsung you have on sale till Sunday is 100 bucks out of my budget. Thanks Randy Caldwell

sadly when we got our tv is was too big also it was broke disappointing the display views were great had it not been too big and broke we would have just did an exchange for same tv

Gets a little blurry at high speed moving sequences and looks like a line running thru the tv, during regular tv it is great.

Good but not connecting to Bluetooth speakers. Had to Google how to also activate Bluetooth, as it wasn’t a default option.

I don't like the refresh rate on this TV. I guess I got what I paid for so its ok for the price I paid but watching games sucks

My wife and I are very very pleased with the purchase we made at Best buy. We purchased T.V about 10 years ago and it is still showing as if we purchased it yesterday.

Tv is a great value but packed with features. So far Samsung TVs have had great speaker quality compared to more budget TVs and have been pleasant surprises!

You couldn’t ask for anything more has everything. When you hook up to Wi-Fi all the channels that are there from Samsung unbelievable , I’m gonna cancel my cable.

We returned this TV as it did not have the component/composite connectors noted in the online description. We generally like Samsung as we have 2 others in our home. It was a good TV but did not meet our needs. But in the end we needed a TV with a component/composite connection.
