I just bought this tv les than 2 weeks ago and the mother board went bad! I also purchased the warranty and the service with Geek Squad is terrible. I waited one week for them to come take a look, the piece is taking another week to come in and they want to schedule to come back a week after that to fix it. So a month without the living room TV! Taking this piece of crap back.

Tv display is nice and we love the size but we keep having problems with Disney +, Netflix and Amazon apps sometimes they won’t connect. I know it’s not my internet cause I work IT (I know my basic network troubleshooting) and have a good connection. I have to reset the app hub and after the reset the apps connect and work out fine sometimes for a few days other times a few weeks

This TV is not built for motion. At all for being a new tv and being a smart tv the features are lame. No voice command remote. The remote is not back lit. The tv is only 60hz. It’s cheap for a reason. As a Samsung fan it really let me down.

My TV has a small dot in the screen and its driving me crazy I have not had time to call Best Buy yet to come out and fix it if possible

My LG looks better for what I do but this is the more coveted brand. Buy the LG

Its decent but it is slow. It has a great design though. Just wish that is was a bit faster.

Unimpressed by the quality of this tv honestly. I figured a Samsung would be top notch, but I have a 65" TCL that I like a lot more. It's slow, laggy, and the picture quality is no better than the TCL that is the $100 less.. Would absolutely save the money and get a TCL next.

It's a nice TV. The sports does not come in clear in every view with just the TV

I completely understand exactly why this TV is not on display in the store... IT IS COMPLETE TRASH!!!! I blindly depended on the reviews posted on this listing all because of the attractive price. The people who posted the positive reviews were either paid to do it, they never seen one of the TVs on display, or some other reason that made them hype up this awful tv!! I do not recommend and I would have never wasted my time on this one. I ended up sending it back and going with the 8 series. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling if you want a tv that has a good picture quality!

The tv stutters sometimes other than that it’s great.

Pictures (resolution) wasn’t great watching sports

This television cannot handle dark scenes, not enough brightness and overall screen lacks brightness. Blacks and grays are washed out to the point of making watching movies frustrating. Regular TV channels display fine. Would not buy again.

got a bad one. had a bad pixel as soon as I hooked it up. had to take back to store. didn't have another one was left over from Christmas sale price was good but

Always loved Samsung, however this tv is terrible. Screen constantly goes black as if it is doing a power cycle. Unable to get answers as to why. Would not recommend this model.

Best Buy offered a TV with bluetooth and this is not real. I bought my TV and still couldn’t find the bluetooth on it and then I found out with other pages and comments that this series does not come with bluetooth but Best Buy didn’t want to accept the return because they are saying that I had only 15 days to do it even if they have the wrong advertising info. Really Bad Customer Service.

programming and pre-installed content is 5 stars but we buy tv's for the visuals. this is a $250 basic t.v expanded to 75 inches. if you're thinking "vivid" forget it. maybe it's the one i got because this model is blurry and fuzzy sort of in and out of consciousness, example from fuzzy and blurry to semi crispiness back and forth. settings are extremely limited to what you can do to improve picture quality. returning for upgrade now that i've already spent $750 it'll be easier to just add 3-500 for quality
