I have experienced several glitches with this tv! Constantly having to reconnect it and troubleshoot. This was also the 3rd Samsung I purchased that had problems

It’s hard to explain what it does but while trying to watch movies and or tv on certain things it has motion issues. Half of the screen will motion glitch.

Can not give a review or comment not satisfied with my purchase item was not delivered with all the accessories, control was missing along with TV stands and electric plug...when called they customer service agreed to send my missing accessory within 24 hour...then I waited and they said that is not possible so had to buy the accessory a side

The TV is a piece of junk. It’s flickers and the screen has lines through it. The geek squad has worked in my house replacing the screen three times and each screen they brought was either the wrong size or broken in the box. Samsung appears to have thrown in the towel on providing quality packaging for their replacement parts.

There is a pixel not changing color and Bestbuy will not accept return even when the return policy is up to Jan 26, 2021. We tried to return it Jan 20, 2021. Also the product is not satisfactory. I'm sorry Samsung but the product I bought with a brand name Samsung is a shame. If I can give zero star I would. Same with Bestbuy, zero star.

There's a black spot on my screen. This is the second TV I've purchased 2 TV's from Best Buy in the last 6 months. Different brands,both had issues on the screen.

Was wanting to use the stand for the tv. But there are no holes to mount the stand. Tried calling best buy. After spending 45 minutes on hold and was still not able to speak to a person, sounded like I was hung up on by the store. Will definitely not be buying from them again. Decided to order a different stand. Because having to deal with taking the tv back would be a pain, since it was already out of the box.

right when I turned on the TV noticed a dead pixel on the screen now progressed to the point where is flashes white randomly

This Item Has a Defective screen and It’s Impossible for me to get any body to come and service the tv instead of me returning it. What did I purchase the Geek squad Service for if they won’t come fix the TV!

Lasted less than a year. Giant black stripe down the middle about a foot wide now.

The sound sometimes just doesn’t work. Have to turn the TV on and off again. Sound bar also stopped working on it for some reason but works on my Vizio.

Delivery service was horrible. They brought box in and set it on my living room floor and left. They didn’t unbox it and put on TV stand. As I live alone I had to wait over a week to hire somebody else to lift tv up on tv table. Every other company I have ever dealt with has unboxed and put it where it belongs.

Worst Samsung product I’ve ever bought. Didn’t realize it didn’t have Bluetooth capability when I bought it. Keeps disconnecting from wireless internet. Do not recommend

Good product. Has minor technical issues and is sufficient

TV would often lose connection and have to be restart. Then 40 days after the 1 year warranty expired it died altogether. The troubleshooter said the main board went bad. I now have to pay for the part and a service tech or buy a new TV.

Tv blew up after less than 2 years of use. Now all we get is a black screen and have to have boards replaced. Not worth the price and done with Samsungs junk tvs

The screen turned green day 5 and there's no Bluetooth also couldn't connect to my 5g wifi

The blacks weren’t true black and the picture was sub par for me I returned it. Not worth over 600$ to me

I bought this TV and it lasted for only 6months. The TV did not come on after 6 months. Don't buy this product.
