TV has been broken for more than three months.

It’s flickers and the screen has lines through it. The geek squad has worked in my house replacing the screen three times and each screen they brought was either the wrong size or broken in the box. Samsung appears to have thrown in the towel on providing quality packaging for their replacement parts.

We tried to return it Jan 20, 2021. Also the product is not satisfactory. I'm sorry Samsung but the product I bought with a brand name Samsung is a shame. If I can give zero star I would. Same with Bestbuy, zero star.

But there are no holes to mount the stand. Tried calling best buy. After spending 45 minutes on hold and was still not able to speak to a person, sounded like I was hung up on by the store. Will definitely not be buying from them again. Decided to order a different stand. Because having to deal with taking the tv back would be a pain, since it was already out of the box.

Horrible Delivery

They brought box in and set it on my living room floor and left. They didn’t unbox it and put on TV stand. As I live alone I had to wait over a week to hire somebody else to lift tv up on tv table. Every other company I have ever dealt with has unboxed and put it where it belongs.

Then 40 days after the 1 year warranty expired it died altogether. The troubleshooter said the main board went bad. I now have to pay for the part and a service tech or buy a new TV.
