This tv does not do well in a well lit room, the glare is distracting. Also this tv just went out and geek squad cannot fix until after thanksgiving because the part is not available, lasted for 4 years.

Great TV for the price. Sometimes dark rooms at an angle can be difficult to see.

I bought this tv thinking it would be the best. After 1 1/2 it all of a sudden would close apps unexpectedly. I was thinking it was just a glitch but it still does it every day. The tv could be just paused and it’d still close out of the app completely. Plus the sound will randomly cut out and you have to restart the tv to get it to work again

More than satisfied with the quality this TV has to offer.

Had my heart set on a Sony after a bad buy with an off brand tv. I wanted the Sony because I wanted a reliable TV with a good picture. I'm not a tv guru, but I do appreciate a good picture and reliability. I saw this TV for sale and decided to pick it up for 1/3 the price of the Sony I wanted, and I have zero regrets. TV speakers are ok, not great, but they never are. 100% recommend.

It was a great tv until developing a non repairable shadow in the middle 1/5 of the display. After less than four years of use, I have to replace it. There is a "new" replacement screen available, for DOUBLE the price of a new comparable TV. Samsung offered me a 5% discount on a new 75" TV, no thanks. Left Samsung for LG, will not be back.

It broke up 1 week after buying it, and at age 4 it broke again, but this time it didn't have the guarantee and the arrangement more than it costs again. I don't buy any more Samsung

Not very happy with Samsung TVs in general. The picture is great, the sound so so. The worst part is the internet connection. Samsung TVs have had a problem for years and for some reason it has not been solved. I purchased 3 Samsung TVs during black Friday but have had a lot of connection problems. When the tvs are turned on they do not connect to the internet. A lot of times I have to unplug the tv and plug it back in. I searched samsung forums to see what was going on and I found out this problem has been unresolved since at least 2018. Samsung has ignored the problem for years.

Great picture, great contrast, and great black levels. Could do with another HDMI port or two, but as far as TV performance, it's better than what you are paying for.

Just got this because my 50” toshiba went out in less than 2yrs. So far so good

it's amazing but sadly doesn't have Crunchyroll :(

One of the worst tvs I have owned. The 1dt one lasted 1 month and died,. Replaced with another and this one lasted 8 months. Both tvs just stopped running, did not come on. I would not buy a Samsung again. Salesman said they have had problems with this brand.

The Panel has gone out twice in the 18 months since we bought this TV! It is total junk and Samsung customer service is horrible, rude and could care less. Buy anything except a Samsung!!
