Great tv for the price. Purchased to replace the 65inch in the living room. Has all the bells and whistles that's needed to enjoy movies or basic tv. My only gripe would be the lack of hdmi ports on the tv. Wish it had 1 or 2 more.

I still learning how it works everything, but so far, I am pleased with it! Just the fact that I needed to buy a 45mm, screws for installation at the wall, was very disappointed! I did not know that I would have this issue...

We just moved into a new home and the day we were to move we had a blizzard roll through in October but the Best Buy geek guys came the next day and were so efficient, kind and explained everything!!! So impressed, thanks again!!

The television is great but pickup was extremely frustrating. We waited from 10am to 6pm to get the television only after speaking with the fourth or fifth different manager at 6pm who actually cared about customer support.

Have you noticed that your 4k TV looks too real that it detracts you from the acting? I have. Still, it was worth every penny. The menu takes a minute to get used to but overall it works, is huge, and displays 4k flawlessly.

TV setup is pretty easy. Picture is great quality.

Bought this 75" Samsung TV for my Warehouse, where I won't have cable, but want to stream from my Slingbox. Navigating thru usernames and passwords with the remote was taking forever. For got I had a Samsung Bluetooth keyboard, but the TV didn't have Bluetooth. Upgraded to the 8 Series. Best Buy made this easy.

I ordered my Samsung 75 inch TV from Best Buy. Approximately 3 weeks later, the TV went black, i.e., no picture, no sound, just nothing. When I went to the local Best Buy with my problem, I learned that it could not be returned because 15 days had passed, and since I did not purchase the Best Buy warranty, they could do nothing. I contacted Samsung and asked for a new set. Needless to say, Samsung said they could only repair it. I waited for two weeks for a Samsung Tech to show up at my house. He was very knowledgeable and repaired the TV within 45 minutes. I ordered the new Samsung because I have another that has lasted for at least 10 plus years.

Great picture quality easy to set up and use, however I just bought it on black Friday and it's only December 4th and it keeps shutting off randomly. Now there's no picture only sound. Its Still under warranty but it's such a big tv to take back to store. Going to call them to see if they can fix it at my house instead of taking it back to bestbuy, and getting another one. 75 inch uhd Samsung TVs are not fun to haul in and out of a truck.

Got this on an in store only sale. For the price, it is a great budget gaming TV. Works great with my Xbox One X and PS4 pro. It works ok for watching TV. The picture isn’t as crisp or fluid as the ru8000. Had I not gotten the sale price, I would have gone with the ru8000 or Q60.

I love the tv. The only negative is that I had to call to find out bolt sizes to mount the wall bracket to the back of the tv. They should include the bolts or at least the information.

Had to get a new TV due to our tv being damaged from surge protection and the purchase of the new TV was a great purchase. We were provided great customer service and information on the television and others like it. Overall we are satisfied and happy with the TV we have now!!!

This tv is great for the price! Screen is bright with decent color. Only con us that getting to game mode is extra work but having to go through several menus each time you need it

Purchased this as a warranty replacement after having major issues with 2 different vizio 70 inch TVs. Hoping this will last longer than a year!! The salesmen at best buy were very helpful!!

Great TV for a lower budget.. the refresh rate is a little sub par so it can get a little choppy with certain types of sports or movies. Easily links to smart home products. There are definitely better options but for the budget we had it’s a very good option!

The display is really nice and the fact fact that you can connect you Samsung phone the TV is fantastic. I've only had the TV for about to months now so I hope it last a real long time

Hung the TV on the wall with an all angle bracket. Makes my living room feel like I’m in a movie theater! Really enjoying the experience.
