Delivered on 12/21 and all was fine, but within 2 days 1/3 of the screen went black. Also, don’t know if it is me not setting things right but cannot get closed captioned on streaming channels, despite them working fine on regular tv.

Bait & Switch sales tactic

It comes with the basic 90's style 60+ button remote control. I've contacted Samsung twice regarding the TV being Demo'd with a Smart remote, but being sold with a standard one, and they tell me to purchase the smart remote separately. ~$50 +shipping This typically wouldn't be a big deal, but I don't have a good line of sight with the IR receiver on my TV from my couch, so the Bluetooth remote would have been ideal. No such luck. Samsung, please don't reply with the canned message to contact your service department for assistance, I've done so twice with no luck.
