    I made the mistake of buying this TV open box. There was no remote control included in the box. I have tried calling the Best Buy and the tell me to call corporate I can’t get a hold of any one that can help me. Big run around. BUYERS BEWARE.

    Samsung UHD TVs are know for backlight bleed or known as the flash light affect. I spent $1300 for this tv in May 2019. Placed a service call in September 2019. The TV tech arrive onsite to see the same backlight bleed as I did. He sent same Samsung the pictures then put them on speaker phone. Samsung said it was "With in Spec". A fancy way of saying we know about the problem and we won't fix and they didn't. Out side of my crappy 75 UHD TV, I have 6 excellent Samsung TV. Spend the extra money for QLED Q70 which states it does not have backlight bleed.

    We bought this tv new after only 6 months a vertical line popped up on the right side of the screen. Fianlly got Samsung to agree to fix this. They sent out 2 technicians to replace the screen. Work that was performed horrible! Gasket that seals screen was not applied correctly looks horrible. Now only after two years more problems. Out of no were voice mode screen popps up. Unable to stop this, can't turn tv off or perform any other functions until it stops on it's on. Never again buying Samsung projects!

    Product description is inaccurate! Tv came dirty and missing everything power source, tv remote, instructions ect, I bought an open box satisfactory product from best buy fort collins, non essential part are supposed to be missing, so I'm returning this today, also i been trying to call the store multiple times and nobody answers the phone, terrible experience, I should buy a TV true amazon instead.

    Samsung 75" UHD 4K Smart TV NU7100 Series 7 UN75NU7100F. It started well! Unfortunately, after 15 months the power board shorted out and now have a black screen.

    shows light bleed at the edges. Cheaped out for a 75" wish I bought a quality 65". Samsung smart TV isn't as good as android. All well still looks decent for average use.

    I'm very disappointed. They schedule to deliver on saturday 7/11/2020 and did not showed up. I called and went to the store again . Second time to schedule on wednesday. I got email again and its says the arrival time for delivery but did not showed up again. Two days ruined my plan and can't do nothing cause we are expected them to arrive. So I concelled and bought tv somewhere else.

    I bought this TV for my game room in which we love to watch NFL football games. Not sure if it is just mine but it does not seem to focus in on the players well during movement. If I could I bring it back and exchange for something better.

    HP Pavillion worked great for 37 days

    Worked great for 37 days then had a Microsoft Software malfunction defect. HP techs couldn't fix it over the phone. Flash drive hardware default didn't work, so it was sent in for repair and came back still not working. Now waiting for the second time 20 days later without a computer. Very disappointed I bought a lemon and it still hasn't been replaced with a new pc.

    I have had this TV for two months and then it had lines appear across the screen and SAMSUNG said it was physical damage. It was not physical damage...they refuse to fix it under warranty.

    Tried to return to a Best Buy closer to our home and that manager refused to accept the return. This resulted in my needing to get a friend to help move this 85 lb tv 3 separate times! Was able to return to the store we purchased from. Bought a new tv from another retailer.

    The items screen was separated from the trim around all four sides and was not satisfied with it. We returned the item and purchased an LG instead.
