The TV doesn't work and I am being told I cannot return it. They sold me the geek Squad extra protection and said it doesn't work on larger TVs. Waste of over a thousand dollars.

I just noticed that I buy a 75” tv and my husband receive a 65” he didn’t check it... I am so disappointed on my husband and the store!!

I cannot use all the features of this great TV because Best Buy subcontractors seem to be unable to program my Harmony remote.

How can I write a review if my previous review for this tv wasn’t published. What’s the use

Had a hard time connecting to my internet and then when it was it would drop the signal frequently.

This tv IS NOT 75'. It is 65' - was so upset because this is a major ripoff.

It’s ok but didn’t like its so far I want to return its but it’s going to waste my more time

I purchased this TV three years ago and by far still a top tv, i am interested in putting a TV in our Florida room and immediately looked for this TV since the ease if use, the free TV streaming channels, and ease of adding apps is perfect!

Got shadows on screen after 6 months of normal use

After four years this has continued to be one of the best purchases we have ever made. The quality of picture is still amazing.

This TV is not ever going to give you the sort of richness that you'll get out of a Samsung QLED model, but for half the price, it is far from half the quality. I'm getting a beautiful, contrasty, bright picture from this TV that seems limited only by the content I send it. And even with poor content, it provides a great picture. This television is not particularly good at HDR content. You really end up with a pretty crummy picture if you enable HDR and send it to this television. It just doesn't have the contrast ratio to handle the enhanced HDR color palette and still give you good contrast. You end up with visual mud. But on full contrast, non-HDR content, it can be a really solid picture. Just make sure to adjust settings until you get what you like. The more time you put into adjustments, the better your result. Upscaling on this TV is almost unbelievably good. I can send this thing a TV show ripped from a DVD (so starting at only 540p and then compressed) and it looks amazing. I absolutely hate smart features on TVs. I will always prefer my Apple TV for smart functionality. So I can't judge Samsung's Smart features. I simply don't use them. Thankfully, the TV allowed me to set it up so the smart menu doesn't automatically pop up when I turn it on and it is now functioning as a "dumb TV" just like I wanted. The Sharp that this replaced had no way of turning off the smart menu, which was annoying. All in all, great picture for the price. I'd buy this TV again and not give it a second thought.

I’ve had this tv for over 4years and it’s still like brand new!

Has a fantastic picture, I am seeing colors I never saw in my other Samsung TVs. Was concerned with the size in a small room, but fits me well. Price was unbeatable, especially during the Black Friday Sale. I have been very happy with Samsung TVs, I have 4, 2 1080's and 2 4K's. All have excellent pictures.

The tv has never given us trouble. I've had it for 5 years now and its still working really well.

Tv is ok what i dont like is when watching dark scenes the white bleeds from the sides.

Very happy with this purchase. Picture quality is always driven by signal quality and I am pleased with the quality of viewing with the service I have. Range of brightness adjustments provide a variety of viewing experiences and a minimal of edge bleed. Like all flat screens the sound experience leaves a bit to be desired. But, I have a Polk sound bar that does a very decent sound enhancement. Overall this was a great purchase, I am very pleased.
