    Love my new Samsung 75" tv. Right away it picked up my Samsung sound bar and my Samsung note 9. Picture is great. Very happy with my purchase.

    Ok. Doesn’t come with display remote

    The tv quality is good. But this smart tv is not very smart. I often have to reconnect it to the WiFi and the Samsung SmartView app just doesn’t work with it. Also, it doesn’t come with the remote that the store has on display. The salesman even showed me all of the functions of the remote in the store. I called the store and they said Best Buy doesn’t even sell that remote...

    Disappointed

    I recently purchased this TV during Black Friday at a great price, and at first I was excited to see it person. However, when I got the TV set home and began watching it, the excitement quickly wore off. For some reason, this model displays a lot of backlight bleed in the corners of the screen. For me, this can be very distracting, especially when viewing content with dark scenes. I decided to return it and make an even exchange thinking that maybe I purchased a defected model. I got my replacement model, took it home, set it up and it is also displaying light bleed. Luckily, I'm still within the grace period so I can return the replacement. Unfortunately, I'm gonna go with a different model altogether. Pros: 4K looks really good. Good user interface Bright picture. Sleek design Lots of apps Affordable Cons: No "Wow" factor with HDR content. Does not stand out. Backlight bleeding in the corners of display. No full array or local dimming. Samsung One Remote not included. Conclusion: If you can get your hands on one of these sets without backlight bleeding issues, then you have a winner.

    Very light and have had no issues 3 years later with TV. Remote broke and Samsung replaced it very quickly!! You definitely need soundbar, TV volume itself isnt great.

    I just bought it yesterday everything is so great about this TV besides one thing that on apple tv its motion ratio is slow like the video gets stuck for a bit when the scene changes I dont know why. I checked all the settings but nothing worked

    Would get 5 stars if not for false advertising. The tv on display had a far simpler remote and the salesman said it came with the tv and showed me how to use it. When i came back a they said thats not the remote it comes with and that i couldnt even order one because it doesnt work with this tv. THEN WHY HAVE IT ON DISPLAY SAMSUNG!? If you dont mind a remote where you hit other buttons constantly then this is for you. Also have issues with connecting with the Samsung smartview app.

    It just keeps getting worse

    Slow start up internet connection, old school complicated remote, and now the picture flickers and everything looks gray, no matter how i adjust the picture settings its just flat. Make sure you get the geeksquad support, you'll need it. Its less than 6 months old.

    I purchased this TV when it was new. We have had constant ongoing problems with the Screen and have a white horizontal line and a red vertical one. They replaced the entire Display Panel Core and it went out again right away. Horrible customer service and rude agents. The Panel should not go out once much less twice in less than 18 months. Junk! Don't buy!!

    The Samsung LED TVs all have a bad capacitor, it will die within 3 years. Do not buy, or at least pay the extra $$ for the extended warranty. Samsung will do nothing for you. Horrible TV for what you pay for.

    Had to return the tv

    The tv made popping/cracking noises while it was on and turned off for a period of time. I would not recommend newer Samsung TVs until this is resolved.
