The TV did not even last a week before the picture looked distort, I called best buy and the one I talked to didn't seem knowledgeable. I have read the reviews but I didn't think it would happen since my family never had an issue but I guess with my luck.

If you want a 75”, just spend the extra money. I paid the same for this tv as I did my 65” and they aren’t even “kind of” comparable..I absolutely regret it. I NEVER have problems with my 65”.. I literally have to reset this 75” twice a week, redownload the apps, and unplug and plug back in when the reset button for whatever reason is blurred out (super annoying)! The color sometimes goes to gray and has nothing to do with picture settings causing a mandatory reset! At one point, I thought someone busted it without telling me because the screen had color but it’s just splotchy like paintballs hit it (digitally), once again causing mandatory reset. The wifi connection NEVER works. I have to reset the network settings as well over and over. The remote lags terribly about 3 seconds after you physically press the button (also can tell the cheapness by the remote (my 65” has a sleek Remote with Bixby capabilities, yet this one looks like a toy remote)...I should have known when I paid the same price for a 10in increase, that something wasn’t right. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET THE BEST.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care

You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds.

Amazing entry level smart TV

OS is very user friendly and easy to navigate through. Smart apps and more. This isn’t going to be sublime images though keep in mind you are purchasing an entry level smart tv. For what it is, Samsung did amazing and more. Still have a few areas of grey when the screen is black but I cannot complain.

It wasn’t 3 weeks old and we had an issue. A white line showed up in the top have of the screen from side to side. Loved the tv when first got it. Great color, easy to sync with cable and the size is perfect for the area. How this line just showed up I don’t understand. If there were such a thing as lemon law for TVs this would definitely qualify. There is a support button on tv. We were able to set up appointment to be fixed. I feel the entire tv should be replaced. Coming next couple days. We will see!
