Great smart features

The bad: My big issue with this TV is I'm finding it difficult to get a good image. The presets are either too bright or dark and the advanced controls don't help much. I never needed to adjust the picture on my old cheap 4K TV to get a pleasing image but this one makes a lot of shows and movies look like video rather than film quality. I'm thinking about returning it.

The thing is I never had that happen on any other TV with Cable hook-up. It goes out for four or five seconds and then comes back...but it may do it multiple times throughout a movie.
