It’s not our internet, because our other 3 TVs work just fine. Great screen quality and looks great in our living room.

Loved having it in my living room. However after about 4 months the whole bottom half of the screen turned almost completely black. Very frustrated with my new purchase, Best Buy stated that without purchasing the warranty $199( 1/4 the price of the unit) a ridiculous amount. My protection was only good for 15 days after purchase. Thankfully the folks at Samsung have been very accommodating and are replacing the unit.
