Failed after a month and 0 help

This was my 5th Samsung TV in a row. The smart app started off fine, but slowed pretty quickly. After about a month the TV would go black for a couple of seconds and come back on with the home screen overlay. I called support multiple times and they weren't able to fix it. They sent out a repair man after fighting with me that it wasn't out of warranty. Had to send in my receipt etc. Repair man came out a week later and replaced the mother board. Didn't fix the problem, said he would order more parts and basically replace everything inside. Another week later I don't hear from them and call them. They had decided to just send a replacement TV and I needed to call Samsung. Samsung said it would be another week until the Exchange department would reach out to me on it. I fought all day, I would call and ask for a supervisor and just be put on hold for an hour. I finally just stayed on hold for an hour and a half one night and spoke with someone in the Ticket Resolution department. They said they would submit it to be able to be taken back to BestBuy. Then let me know that process would take 7-10 business days. So I had the TV for a month of it working and now a month with it not working. During a pandemic where we are forced to stay inside, having a TV that you use to keep kids entertained, and that you use for their homeschooling down for a month + is not acceptable for a defective TV. Never was able to speak to a Supervisor. Tweeted about it and Samsung support responded saying the ticket was being processed. Very disappointing. Will be my last Samsung. Passing my experience on to everyone I know.

The biggest issues I have with it are the speed of how it operates and Samsung's interface. I have a similar TV (series 6 in the 65" size), and this one runs slower, the apps are slow, the interface is slow. Overall though, this TV accomplishes what I wanted. We have a really big family room and this TV fit the bill.
