Good Picture, Poor Sound

I was watching a movie with the sound cranked up to 100 (the maximum) and it was not loud enough. For the first time ever, I had to spend extra money for a sound bar. Disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume; your feedback is important to us. There are several volume features you can adjust that may help resolve your issue.
1. Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On
2. Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.
3. There are also several other Sound Modes available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

The fact that you don't give your customers the open opportunity to call the store itself and speak to a manager where this purchase was made is terrible and is unprofessional and poor business manner to your customers! Had I known this prior to my purchase I would of made my purchase elsewhere.

Garbage total garbage the TV starts glitching a lot and I have the total protection for this product yet I’m still getting charged $80 fee for a tech to come out and simply look and. Agree about the problem that is obvious. Why do we pay for Insurance in the 1st place? I was never told about an $80 fee for a technician when I purchased the insurance in the store. You pay for what you get simple as that!

The interface is not as smooth as I was hoping, however, I am using Amazon fire TV cube for the interface now. Worth the money.

Does things my Vizio tv didn’t it’s definitely a step up I’d have to say this tv is way better than Vizio I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Vizio. And I did like Vizio but unfortunately they forced my hand.
