Made it almost a year...not it doesn't work.

My husband was watching it, and all of a sudden it just went black. Now it won't turn back on. It flashes every once in a while like it is loading Samsung TV, but nothing really happens. We've unplugged it, but that hasn't helped. We bought it last year on Black Friday so it's not even a year old. And we bought a second 43 in same model at the same time...wondering if it will go out now too??

Milky and over-saturated, but good value

The Sony consistently delivered rich, perfect color and sharpness. The Samsung looks over-processed, over-saturated, and milky with the default picture settings. The universal remote is also a nightmare, and forget it if you're using a receiver, cable/box, and bluray player into one HDMI (Receiver to TV); it will always want to go bluray, and requires several steps to get it to switch over to the satellite box. I guess "you get what you pay for" runs true with the set.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 4K Smart TV and for your review. There are several image settings you can adjust to your liking such as Picture Mode and Expert Settings.
Choose a Picture Mode by going to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and choose from Dynamic, Standard, Natural, Movie, or Filmmaker Mode.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

The geek squad did a great job installing it and all the employees I dealt with were very knowlegible and pleasant. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone.

Samsung 75” TV

If you are a quality over quantity person then there are other options. For size and being 4K supported this is still an awesome TV.

Not 1 issue. definitely worth the upgrade. Only thing is I wish it had the av compatibility for older game systems but a simple adapter off amazon fixed that.

Best Buy does not warrant products.

Called Best Buy and they only warrant for 15 days after purchase. Samsung is unable to fix the problem (2 visits fom Technician). No one is williing to replace the TV or refund my money. Best Buy rep I spoke with on the phone says they don't provide warranty "they are only a retailer".

The TV works great, the only thing that doesn't work the way it is supposed to is the tv remote control, it will not turn off the AT&T cable box.

I think others in the same overall price range, such as the LG, might be better. Pleased overall but I am having an issue with getting HBO/MAX to show a movie. I don't know if this is a TV issue or not.
