Best buy was more than accommodating and helpful. Staff was understanding and helpful. Ultimately went elsewhere to finally get a 75 inch crystal uhd ND no defects. I guess trial and error?! Check your screen make sure all is well.

Do Not Buy!

Extremely dissatisfied. Searching online on this topic, it seems many others have had similar experience. I have 7 TVs at home (few over 5 years old from LG, Panasonic etc.); none has any issue other than this. This is the only Samsung TV I have. Modern TVs lasting only 1 year is really sign of poor manufacturing quality. Not buying any Samsung TV in foreseeable future. Worse part is Samsung says my warranty expired few weeks back! So, now just after 1 year I am stuck with poor picture quality TV.

Read before you buy!

I didn’t even think to check that because I thought three was an industry standard and I’ve seen many TVs with 4 - especially now that ARC is a standard feature. So If you plug in an Apple TV or Firestick and a soundbar using ARC, you’re done. OUT of inputs. Now you have a single input 75” TV. I am absolutely furious that I can’t plug in a soundbar, an AppleTV and even a single gaming system at the same time. I’m pretty sure it’s the whole reason this TV seems to be priced too low. If I’d known, I absolutely would NoT have purchased this TV.

Worth about $20, definitely not worth $900.

We had this tv for a little over 1 1/2 years. Tonight, the front glass came unglued and the cracked. Prior to this, last year we noticed a moth had gotten in the tv. There is nothing to hold the glass in on the sides, but glue. I think this is a terrible manufacture’s flaw. I wouldn’t waste your money on this tv.

POOR QUALITY DO NOT BUY

My plan was to replace my entry level TCL tv with this one but seeing how blurry the picture is in movies, TV, and games I will be returning this one and sticking with my 5 year old TV. Not only is the picture blurry but it has this feature where random colorful pixels will generate onto whatever you’re watching which completely ruins the gaming or viewing experience.

- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

Broken tv was sold to me

Amazing, unless your room is very bright

That said we use it primarily at night and the TV performs excellent in low light and is a little dim in bright lighting, its fine but the one thing you might want to consider. Tizen performs well and the features and apps are good. For me the it's been an excellent all around TV and I wouldn't pay more for another TV as it leaves me with no desires for bigger or better.

The perfect tv!

The depth of color, the saturation of the picture and the size of this tv makes for an incredible viewing experience. My only advice would be a sound bar, especially if you like watching movies with booming sound. Also it is quite normal for it to turn itself back on right after you turn it off. Having said that and having owned many different brands this brand and series is my favorite. The picture is so good in 4k you can see imperfections of peoples faces, it’s almost too good. Also love the capability and ease of use of the smart apps as well as being able to easily cast your phone to the screen iOS or android.

Bang for your buck

I love samsung and after reviewing many, this was it. The setup was easy and the picture is amazing! If you have deep pockets, you’d obviously go for a better model. But this is perfectly fine. Ive enjoyed it the passed two years and its going strong.

I got the 75in version and its amazing. So many great built in features and the 120hz for gaming is so smooth. For such a big tv it’s surprisingly smooth as heck. Got your app store that even has TikTok on it if youre that kind of person. After 6-8 months its a little bit slower on the responsiveness in the tvs settings and menus but definitely still worth it and not frustrating. Tv speakers a little low considering the size but definitely a choice if you need to use it. Tvs never have great speakers so small issue for me

The tv looks great and the smart functions are perfect no lag in the processor like other smart tvs. Volume is loud and it was easy to mount to wall ! Also Best Buy delivered it on time and fast. Not to mention they traveled a good ways to get to me. The nearest Best Buy is like 25 miles away !Samsungs are the best in my opinion

A game changer

The picture quality is absolutely insane - I feel like I'm right there in the action. The smart features are super convenient too, with access to all my favorite streaming apps and the ability to control everything easily. It's definitely on the pricier side, but for the picture quality alone, it's worth it in my opinion. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
