    Never go CHEAP! WIFI DISCONNECTS BY ITS OWN!

    I purchased this tv July 2021 and the first 6 mos was great. It fits perfectly in my living room. Later on I noticed wifi connection disconnects by its own. Troubleshoot keeps popping up every time I turned the tv on. I have to unplug and wait for 1 min to plug it back. It’s been very annoying. Today, my tv will never connect to wifi at all. It says no network. Even if I plug and unplug the device nothing has changed. I called Samsung costumer service and they told me to reset the device, still nothing has resolved. Since I bought my tv 16 mos ago now I have to cover for all the repair cost which is way ridiculous. What a waste of money. This tv doesn’t last. BEWARE DONT PURCHASE!

      Hi Swan,

      Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about the issues you are having with your TU7000 TV connecting to the internet. Please know we are here to help, and I have a few troubleshooting steps I would like you to try. I understand you have tried a few, but I will put them below in case you haven't tried them yet.

      1) Check the network and the status of your access point.
      2) On the remote control, press the button and move to Settings using the directional button.
      3) Select Settings > General > Network > Network Status to check the network status.
      4) If the network isn't connected, a network reset may be required.
      5) Make sure that your access point is working correctly. Check the LED indicators on your access point to ensure it is operating normally.
      6) Check the access point location if you use a wireless access point. If the access point is too far from the TV, move it closer.
      7) Try rebooting the access point by disconnecting and reconnecting the power connector. It may take 1 to 2 minutes until the access point comes back online after a reboot.
      8) If the same problem continues, select Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings to change to a different DNS server. If a test occurs, cancel it and select IP Settings.
      9) Select DNS Setting Enter manually.
      10) Select DNS Server, enter 8.8.8.8, then select OK.
      11) A software update or factory reset may be required if the same problem continues.

      If these steps do not correct the issue, please consider trying the following:

      1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
      2. Try wired LAN if available
      3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
