For one when the screen goes completely black there are huge spots that are darker than others on the screen and it could be alot better, they arent evenly brighter or darker spots its random. And my computer monitor thats only hdr 400 is much brighter next to this TV. I dont see how they can call it HDR.

Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try Dynamic Picture Mode, or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking.
Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic
Or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Go to: Settings> Picture> Expert Settings> Brightness
You can also adjust the Contrast, Sharpness, Color, or Tint (G/R) in the Expert Settings.
We also recommend you check if Power Saving Mode has been enabled.
Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.

First tv had a huge crack across screen. I’ve written on this comment page before and no one responded so I naturally assume u don’t read these. Plus the person I spoke to who said they were replacing the tv said someone would contact me for a gift card and still waiting on that. Guess that won’t happen

Had a QLED for a little over a year before it died. Tend to have a lot of problems in my experience. Samsung customer support is okay but the companies they outsource for tech repairs are unreliable.
