Love Samsung products. Have never had any issues with any Samsung products. This is the first time I have ever purchased a large Smart TV. It is AWESOME! I love it. I will be purchasing another later down the line. Best Buy in Fairview Heights, Illinois their employees are so very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. And their Geek Squad are extremely knowledgeable. The two employees whom mounted my Samsung 75" TV did a superb job and explained and walked me through everything from the remote to the TV. This Samsung 75" TV is a GREAT purchase. High five to all employees at the Fairview Heights, Illinois Best Buy.

I love this tv. Easy to navigate the settings, the color is perfect for me, the size 75” perfect for me and most of my friends got it for their homes when they saw mine and the price was perfect too. I recommend it any day any time. Sound quality on point, picture quality on point, and the brightness very good.

I have bought 3 of these televisions from BestBuy. Love the formarting and quality. Super easy to setup and customize.

I got this to upgrade from a 2011 Sharp 60" 1080p. Honestly, the 10yr old Sharp is a better tv, minus limited function. I've spent hours working with this Samsung and even with tech support. If you've never really had a good tv or been around them or are used to cheap Walmart models you'll like this, but it is subpar performance compared to more expensive models. Wish I'd have spent a little more for like a Q70 or higher. The smart features are pretty good but lots of lag/delay in controls. Sound I haven't tried as I have surround sound hooked up. It does get bright and has minimal glare, but that's the end of the positives. Negatives: lots of motion blur compared to my 10yr old Sharp. It says 60hz with 120hz motion technology but it is not fluid and sometimes it looks like the picture skips frames. Fast pace movies or games can be annoying at times. The picture is not the greatest. Hooked up to 4k Blu-rays or an Xbox Series X isn't noticeably better than my old 1080p tv. Family that has a Q70 model is like night and day on same movies/games. Picture quality within 8-9ft of tv is terrible/blurry as well. You really need to be 12-15ft away before it starts looking decent. There's also an issue with deep blues. They linger almost like a ghost trail on large deep blue images on the screen. That seems to be a common complaint online with this model. Overall it's a fine tv for everyday use and reasonably priced, but lacks performance. If you're looking for a 4k upgrade for picture quality, save your money and buy a 120hz like Q70 or higher or Sony X85J or higher. This tv I have already moved to a bedroom unit and will be buying something better for my living room. I'd have returned it but bought as a black Friday deal and destroyed the box. Not to mention my nearest best buy is 90mins away and shipping wasn't justifiable.

Great image. Light waight comes with a variety of different color options.most definitely worth the price.

Great television for home, really good size and great on price

Great TV. Its Huge and it's inch for inch the best value I've ever gotten for a name brand TV. The SAMSUNG Smart suite is set up to do exactly what I need. I've got Netflix and many other streaming services at the touch of a button. The remote learned my cable box and stereo receiver before I even knew it. I would recommend purchasing Best Buy's wall mounting service, simply because the feet for this set, while adequate, aren't confidence inspiring.

This was a gift for my spouse and he loves everything about the Samsung 75in Crystal HD tv. The Best Buy experience was top notch the sales person was very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, explained the financing benefits and cons as well as paying cash benefits and points earned towards Best Buy rewards. I highly recommend Best Buy for the Best experience!

Love this TV! This is a great tv and the quality is good

Picture quality is much better than the price equivalent LG. And honestly was much better than expected for a large budget TV. Couldnt be happier. Also has some of the best TV speakers that i have experienced. Was quite suprised, I would still recommend a decent sound setup but the onboard speakers are very good. Picture brightness is as expected for a tv in this pricepoint. HDR brightness is quite lackluster but hey, its not a $2500 tv.

The display on this tv is amazing. Bright vivid beautiful colors. The team came and mounted it on the wall with ease and made all the wires tidy. The only downside is that the tv sometimes will go black and no sound for like 3 seconds and flip the picture/sound right back on. Its not a MAJOR issue if you arent watching live sports or in a video game. I resesrched a little and true or not, other people have had this issue with Samsung Crystal tvs. Other than this minor issue i would change 4 stars and give this tv/bestbuy experience a 5 star rating.
