Setting up for the first time was very easy, as the menu walked me through the process. And the dependability of Samsung speaks for itself.

Won’t stay connected to the internet.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because once a week or so it’ll just randomly disconnect from the internet for no reason. We have 4 tv’s in the house and this is the only one we have issues with. Try to get on any app that requires internet and it won’t work. Have to reset our entire internet connection to fix it. Not a huge deal but is just irritating since we’ve only had it 3-4 weeks.

If your TV does not stay connected to the internet, we recommend trying the following:
1. Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible
2. Try wired LAN if available
3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update.
