We love our new7 series. Although we would have loved the 8 series crisper picture more, we could not justify spending the $400 more for an 8 series Samsung TV. I have to comment on the service too. We had a very good experience buying on-line and then picking up in store. We looked a few other things while in Best Buy and all the people we spoke to we very helpful and very knowledgeable. We appreciated the information. Thank you Best Buy in Lafayette, Louisiana. You rock!!

Sound quality not great, have to increase all levels under settings to have normal sound

Part of it is my fault for not looking into it further. 1. No voice search or fire TV - so not really a SMART TV 2. Picture seemed very choppy and laggy. 3. Only 2 HDMI ports so that's definitely not going to work. One soundbar and one game device and you're out. 4. Spotty picture - flames were extra bright on a show with shadows on the other end too grey. The pro is that the sound is great which I was surprised at. Immediate return.
