The value is great for the size and the fact it's a 4k!! I love all the built in programs, example YouTube, Samsung connect, etc. I love how easy it is to connect my phone to it since I have a Samsung phone. The sound quality is great too. My only complaint is it's a little finicky about disconnecting devices from it when you are streaming to the TV for YouTube. Otherwise everything else is excellent!!! Love it!!!

Great TV from Samsung

The size is perfect and the picture quality is amazing. Definitely worth the purchase. My only negative is the 2 HDMI ports. I prefer to have 3 or more but I purchased a HDMI port adapter and it solved the issue. I would also suggest using a sound bar. Also, the TV comes with Samsung's version of Roku but I do not like it so I had a Roku device I connected to the tv to basically turn it into a Roku TV and it works great. All around this is a great TV and I highly recommend.

Can’t beat the price

I thought maybe how it May had been packaged. Once I called and explained The situation they said that definitely is normal that they can come out and switch it out. HUGE DIFFERENCE!! No more spots and the color is waaaaaaay better. I also want to thank customer service for taking care of the situation with no questions asked. With this whole pandemic Happening they were extremely helpful

My only complaint is it isnt as loud as the tv i had. Sound is clear just not very loud. Sometimes i have the volume all the way up.
