Samsung Class 7 Series 75" TV

The picture is extremely clear and crisp and we have no issues viewing in strong light (we have two skylights in the room it is placed in) or in low light. I have an older surround sound system and did not wish to upgrade to a new sound bar yet. As my current surround sound system does not support ARC HDMI and the TV does not have anywhere to place the old red & white analog plugs, I had to order a separate HDMI audio to Analog Stereo Audio RCA adaptor from Amazon to make the systems talk to one another. Once I figured that out, all was good.

Only giving this particular tv 3 stars because I feel the picture isn’t as sharp as some of the other Samsungs I have owned. Another reason for the 3 stars is because the screened turned black from the bottom up to the middle of the screen within a week. Best Buy agreed to replace the tv with the same make/model tv because it was still within the return window otherwise we were told we would have to go through Samsung. So far, the second tv has had no problems. Still think the picture could be sharper.

Thank you for your purchase and review of the TU7000 TV. We appreciate your patience in having to deal with the process of a return. I have a few recommendations that may be helpful.
In addition to the several picture modes on your TV, you may also want to try adjusting additional picture settings if your picture is not to your liking.
Go to go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.
Next, I recommend ensuring your Firmware is up to date. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update.
