He absolutely adores it. The wonderful 4K quality is enough for family nights or just some good ole’ GA Football. GO DAWGSS!!

Very disappointed by not having audio output

The picture is great and the sound is good but twice now the tv would not turn on with the remote or by the button under the tv. I had to unplug it and let it reset itself. The other major drawback is there is no audio output for old electronics. The only audio output you can plug in is an HDMI. That does not work on old electronics that rely on RCA cables. So I am not able to use my tower speakers since there is no way to power them. Had I known this I would not have gotten this TV. I had to purchase a soundbar and it does not come near to having the bass my speakers have. I am very disappointed in this setup.

Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 TV. Your request for additional ports featured on your TV is appreciated, and we will share this with our product team. Please know in addition to your TV's HDMI ports, you can also utilize the Optical port to connect external devices.
We value the feedback you have provided us regarding your TV not turning on. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet.
2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service.
3) Try pressing the TV Power button at the bottom of the TV behind the Samsung logo to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control.
Should you ever have any questions or need help with settings or features, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG (ask for TVs), available 8AM -12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or text HELP to 62913.

Has all the apps and comes with a special Samsung TV Plus that gives you additional channels. Great resolution and family friendly. Would recommend!
