Judder is Noticeable

It was way too much effort to get the TV home and mount it, otherwise I would return it. The remote it’s pretty awful and the remote app is horrible. You can’t even use a keyboard so you have to hunt and peck out passwords. Purchase was a big disappointment compared to the 55 inch Roku TV I replaced with this 75” TV. It was a big bummer I could not get HBO Max on this because it’s not compatible with Samsung. I’ve had to use mirroring on my iPhone to try to watch HBO Max.

Thank you for choosing the Samsung TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry you are not completely happy with the image quality of your picture.. If you notice blurring or juddering on the screen, you can try adjusting the Picture Clarity Settings function to improve your picture.
Go to: Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
The HBO Max app is available to download in the built-in App Store and can be used with a current HBO subscription.

With all the freezing and storage problems our previous hisense had given us I knew I was not willing to buy another hisense. I began researching and comparing prices on 70-75 inch TVs and found this tv. Tv has been performing beautifully since purchase date and would definitely recommend this product.

There are several sound settings you can adjust to suit your personal sound preferences. Change the Sound Mode by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Mode.
You can customize the sound with Expert Settings by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings.
Also, please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV: Settings > Support > Software Update.
