Slow and laggy menu and apps

The only problem is the OS that comes with, the menus and apps response is very slow and laggy, some times the apps are not responsive, the firmware is up to date,I reset the settings, did cold boot and nothing still the same. My old one is a 65 inch samsung and never had this issues. I'm going to return it and get an switch to LG .

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care
This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps.
