Couldn’t attest to the sound quality as I’ve used a sound bar since I installed the tv. The reason for the 3 star review is because the user interface is horrible. The tv regularly freezes up when trying to use the smart features and takes 30 seconds to a minute to catch up to itself. I wish it was better because I do love the picture but the freezing is definitely a deal breaker.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 and for your review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity issues you are experiencing. A firmware update is available which may help improve your connection. (1420.0 released on 2/19/21)
Using your TV's remote, navigate to Settings, and select Support. Select Software Update, and then select Update Now. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically.
You may also want to enable automatic updates for future convenience.
Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
