The one we initially purchased had a huge crack down the middle. The process to swap it out with a new one was extremely easy and the gentleman helping us was beyond great. However, after about 2 weeks of use, the bottom half of the screen darkened. There is a very distinctive line and brightness between the top and bottom half. The picture quality is great otherwise!
