The latest LG was nothing startling. I decided to spend the extra money and buy the 75" Samsung and couldn't be happier. Sporting events and movies are clear and perfect. I wouldn't think twice about buying this TV again.

Excellent TV when set up correctly

They delivered our TV on time, set it up, removed all the packing material and for only $15 removed our old DLP. This Samsung is a great performer. It's not perfect as far as uniformity of the back lighting, but it is within my tolerable limits. One suggestion I would make is to go to the following website and use their setup parameters. It will make this TV shine! The only thing I changed was the amount of brightness which I felt was too dim: http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/by-size/70-75-inch/best

Samsung UN75JU7100FXZA LED Smart 4K Ultra HD TV

I researched this TV model UN75JU7100FXZA for a couple of months to see if it would fulfill our needs and what people thought of it. When the price came down to a more reasonable price we bought it and are happy that we did. Fantastic picture and was easy to set up with our existing cable remote and the remote that the TV came with. It is also easier to get Netflix up and running than our old Roku box.
