I mistakenly bought an open box. After mounting and setting up, I noticed faint fuzzy gray vertical lines. In addition, the wifi didn't work properly. I returned it immediately.

It's the cheapest 4K you can get however the picture is terrible. Move up to the next higher grad tv it will be worth it.

I read the reviews before purchasing this TV it was between the Sony 75 inch 4k and this Samsung 4k TV the Sony at the time was 500$ more but I have Several other Samsung Tv's in the house. And decided to go with this one it was the best decision I have made. and I purchased the TV at a lower price for black Friday what can I say I am a very happy customer and my family loves this TV.

Tv didn't work right out of the box, Wouldn't exchange the TV. Out almost $2400.00

I don't recommend this Tv as the picture was not very good

The first one I bought turned out to have a panel issue, I didn't notice it at first but during a dark movie I noticed four grey boxes which annoyed the heck out of me. What was strange, this was only noticeable when the display was suppose to be black, when it was color it wasn't noticable. Once I received the replacement all I can say is wow. I would have liked to get the curved 78" but I had no need for 3d and double the cost wasn't worth it. I wondered if 75" was going to be big enough for my 20 x 30 room, it is will out a doubt. I would recommend this to anyone, but make sure that you pay close attention to the panels to make sure all of them are working as expected.

I've been a loyal Samsung user since my very first flat screen, but i wanted to shop around & see what the others were doing, i tried to find reasons to buy a different brand considering i would probably save $12-$1,500..... but i didn't. Ease of use and an Amazing picture is everything to a simple guy. Now its just a waiting game until i start getting true 4k content, but til then, this is as good as it gets for me!

This is a replacement for our old 72" Samsung DLP. What a wonderful difference. Ultra HD is really lovely and brings all the action to life. Be sure to get the Samsung wireless keyboard - makes it fun!!

WOW explains it all. picked up for football season and wow it turned the wall in my lake cottage into a TV.. LOL.. Love it

Wow How amazing is this TV Size and the effects and sounds, wow!!

My decision was between this Samsung or the Sony of the same size (XBR75X940D). After a month of research, comparing price (the Samsung is $1700 less), ratings (the Samsung (4.8) is a bump above the Sony (4.7)), the pros and cons (the Samsung has more pros and fewer cons than the Sony) and the extras that both TVs provided (they both are LEDs, have 2160p, 4K Ultra HD and Smart Wireless capabilities. The Samsung doesn't have 3D capability, but I could care less. 3D is a fad and wearing glasses to watch tv is asinine). Onto the goods. :) Bought this just before the Superbowl and everyone loved it! My parents could see everything from 15 feet away and no one had to crane their necks to catch a view. I don't know how we watched tv before 4K. The image makes you feel like you are in the movie. Watch movies on Epix (watched Creed and I felt like I was watching a live boxing match), Blu-Ray and Netflix (watch Frontier!) and the experience on all three are outstanding! This isn't a tv. It's a window that makes you feel like the movie is taking place outside on your front lawn! The colors are the truest I have ever seen. Now when I watch a movie at a PDX theater I feel cheated because it doesn't have the depth and dimensions this tv has. The wireless access is fast! I've watched YouTube videos and they load faster than they do on my MacBook. However, I've tried to stream shows from ABCs website and the results are heinous. Don't even bother. I haven't had time to play any games yet, but Uncharted 4 on my old 50" 7 Series Samsung was amazing so the graphics will probably melt my face off on this tv. Don't ask me about the speakers. I have a Bose sound bar for that. This tv is a beast so have a friend (or two) to help you set it up. I bought the CorLiving TV stand (Model: TAL-694-T) to accomodate the weight and width of this monster and the holes in the stand help hide all the wires for everything plugged into it. Buy this tv! You won't regret a moment of it!

Great picture, easy setup, good streaming, great sound

Great TV. Great picture and great size for HD but even better in 4K. Now if we just could get more content. Love the Smart Apps. Best Buy's free delivery was great except they were 35 minutes late in the 4 hour time window. Could never get ahold of anybody on the phone to answer where they were. But nice guys and did a good job moving it in the house.

i wanted 80" but didnt think another $2000.00 was worth 5" so it was the sony hdr or the samsung 6500 ,I decide to buy the samsung 6500 and it has been the best picture a ever seen , all my friend come over and ask me ray is that a new tv , i laugh and say yes . dont over think this samsung tv is the best , and i own a vizio and a sharp .

Stunning clarity, no fast action blur, beautiful color and picture. The upscaling is effective in most every case. Thrilled with this purchase.

Can't hook up my computer to it. If TV is on and computer is off, computer will not boot up. If TV is off computer will boot up and TV will reconise computer then works fine. Also I set screen size to get the full picture size of TV. TV will automatically down size picture. I go back into settings and and hit one adjustment and screen size goes back to full screen. Best Buy is bringing me a new TV soon see what happens then.

This is a Samsung, so no surprise that it functions perfectly. Delivery was swift. But Samsung products in America no longer allow British apps, even after changing the location to the UK in settings. No doubt it's a business arrangement between Samsung and the BBC/ITV. Not something that will effect most US consumers, but this Brit living in America will never buy another Samsung product.

Too bad this massive tv is only a 60hz panel....I don't know how anyone can see any image moving faster than a snail on the screen....Still images look great....Live TV no....and Up scaling is terrible...it looks great when I squint. None of these reviewers know anything about quality 4k televisions Samsung's only good 4k is the 9000 series.
