Samsung tv volume

I put it the the highest volume and I still cannot hear it loud like most TVs. I noticed this with my last Samsung as well. Thank god I have a sound bar to help me with this sound issue. So if u buy a Samsung tv and like your music and videos loud. Don’t buy it Samsung brand. Not buying Samsung TVs anymore.

Had some issues with the lack of time and explanation of all the tv features and the use of its control. Although soon that will be addressed. Also the fact that shortly after I purchased it, prices started to go down on the the 85” one at bjs.

The extended warranty PAYS for itself!

This TV was a replacement and I didn’t have to pay anything extra. I went from 65” to 75”. I love the picture quality on this. Wait I take it back. I did pay, I pay for the extended warranty. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Samsung remotes are not know to be good, but this one is an upgrade to my last Samsung remote. Easy set up, easy to use. The user interface is super easy to navigate. Crystal clear picture Far exceeds my expectations of a TV in this price range.

But after we brought home and try to use a couple days . It so grate about sound , brightness so excellent so we make decided to exchange to the bigger with 85” . And the one 75” we just tranfer to my sister to use it

The Apple Air and Apple screen mirroring does not work correctly on my television. I can get sound but no picture when I am playing videos from my Apple Library, and Screen Mirroring. Although it is not a “big” deal, I hate to have features on electronics that I am unable to use. I called Apple but talking to them was useless especially when they wanted ME to contact Samsung and report the problem to them????(Yea, like a big manufacturer will listen to my issue). I thought that was a cop out on Apple’s part. Very disappointed in Apple and Samsung products and will not purchase any of their products going forward.

First, we recommend checking to ensure that your Firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings>Support>Software Update; you can easily update from there.
Next, ensure your external device is also up to date with its latest software.
Also, please ensure both devices are connected to the same local wi-fi network.
Finally, unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
