I deeply regret getting this tv. The picture hiccups/jumps often when navigating the non user friendly software/OS. But of much more concern is the darkness of the picture. If you're watching anything with a dark background, any night scenes in movies, you're left guessing what's going on. You cannot make out the video on dark scenes. I spent $1,490 on this tv last year and now I'm fed up to the point where I'm going to set it out on the curb for someone to take away for free because my self conscience won't allow me to sell it to someone with such flaws, at least not without discounting it down to $200 or so, and at that price it's not worth the trouble. I'm going to have to buy a whole new tv (LG with whom I've had a lot of success) because this Samsung was so disappointing and I didn't pay for the extended warranty.
