    I bought this television on February 9, 2023 and thought that I purchased the warranty with it. On April 7, 2024 just a little over a year my television screen went black but still had a sound to it. I called Best Buy who told me to unplug the television and plug it back to reset. I did this and tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on. So now I have a $1200 television sitting on the stand the don't work any longer. To add insult to it Best Buy suggested that I buy a new television for $2900 to get a 65 inch free. I'm so done with this that I don't know what to do!
