    The TV is trash. We bought it two years ago and now the screen is out. Samsung only does 12 month manufacturer warranty and it takes 3 weeks for Best Buy to be able to send someone out to look at it. It’s cheaper and easier to just buy another tv.

    after only owning my 75 inch samsung for 15 months the led light in the screen burnt causing unwatchable dark vertical Lines. The Geek squad tells me I can not get an new TV!!! This goes against the Best Buy policy
