Excellent, but with the big flaw

Biggest drawback is the complexity of the Samsung remote that goes with it. For example, despite having googling and You Tube being it to death, I still can’t operate a sleep timer! I have heard rumors of an individual (not me) who came very close to throwing in the trash, but still can’t operate sleep timer. Me neither. I understand it saves a great deal of money, not providing a handbook of instructions, but why not have a complete handbook of detailed instructions online? Maybe there is one, and it’s a secret.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty learning the remote on your CU7000 TV. Please know we are here to help!
Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust the volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for more than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appear.
You can learn how to use your Samsung Remote by going to Home> (left directional button) Settings> Support> Remote Control Guide.

Picture and sound are excellent. Something that I haven't seen before. I don't know if it's because of the thinness of these new TV's that doesn't allow for good sound quality but this TV is surprising. I would definitly recomment this TV to anyone.
